Brooks' is a third-generation family-owned business with over 300 bottling clients who enjoy our mordern facility and personal approach. With 60+ years in the barbecue business, we're easy to work with - because we know our sauces.
Introduction
We start by getting to know each other, so you can tell us about yourself, your company and your product. We’ll discuss the bottling steps, financial responsibilities, and cover confidentiality, credit application and our co-packing agreement.
Product R&D
This stage is all about the recipe. We’ll set the details for how your product will be prepared and processed, prepare a sample, obtain approvals if not yet secured, and explore packaging options.
Product Approval
We’ll produce and share product samples for your final sign-off.
Pricing & Packaging
You’ll make final packaging and labeling selections, and we’ll create a preliminary unit price. We can also provide a contact for label design assistance, if needed.
Final Production!
First production run occurs with the client present to ensure your exact quality goals are met.Then, it’s time to sell!
